Well today was a sad but joyful day in class. I walked into a class full of activity video games- Dance Dance Revolution and another game I never seen before but its content was to fight off ninja warriors. These games are a great way to help people of all ages be active. Even though it is a video game that is played indoors, it increases your heart rate and makes you sweat. I plan on using these games in the future.
What I really want to comment on is the growth I see in my teaching skills. From teaching my first Punting lesson to my last Yoga lesson is night and day. Even my first Yoga lesson to my last one is incredible. The knowledge and confidence I have gained is tremendous and I have to thank my teacher for that. I was learning to be a better teacher without even knowing it. I look back at my lesson plans and my grades and I have improved a lot. So, my final thought on this semester is... Remember, WORK HARD and HAVE FUN because I did and it paid off. I look forward to my field experience in January.
